Road Signs at intersection in Santa Marina, Spain

This picture was taken in a very interesting intersection, at least when it comes to my family. From where the picture is taken, you can turn right to the town of Puerto de Vega. This is where my Grandfather spent most of his childhood until he came to Puerto Rico with his friends family, the Suarez. If you turn a left at the intersection, you reach the town of Tox, where the Suarez family is from and still keeps a house there. If you face the intersection as it is taken in this picture, my Grandfather’s house is two minutes behind you. I like the picture because it kind of represents the center of the universe for my family’s past. Also it’s the sign that tells me I’m back to my Grandfather’s roots. My brother and mother are there for this week to visit some family.
